Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and Lohas.ecrater.com, and refer to the use of the service and the Lohas online shop website. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and read carefully.

:: Payment Acceptance : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order. NO CHECKS & CASH ON DELIVERY!

:: Return policy : Please contact us within 2 days upon your receipt of the item(s). I must receive returns within 10 days from the date we accept the items return to us. Returns only when in original, unworn condition, box or packaging must be included (if have).

:: Refund policy : We do not furnish return shipping. Refund of your payments after deducting the shipping charges. The refund will be rendered once the item(s) has been sent back to us in its original, unused and resalable condition. After well received returns, I will credit the refund amount to your credit cards through Paypal account, or you may also return for credit on anything else in our store.

:: Shipment policy : Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment is received. We ship to all countries by POS (malaysia) with register. Shipment will take within 2 weeks arrival (depends on the country). During holiday season, shipping time will be longer. For free shipment items, i will choose the cheaper and faster mail send out.


:: Duties and Tax : Import duties, Custom Duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
